The Best Clean Dry Shampoos

Even though several of my friends swear by using a dry shampoo, I’ve never actually used one. However, I’m considering trying one of these clean dry shampoos below. I don’t have time to wash my hair every day so anything that would help me out and make life easier, I would consider trying as long as it doesn’t put my health on the line.
Many dry shampoos have toxic ingredients in them (and all personal care products in general). These terrible ingredients can cause health issues either right away (like allergies or allergic reactions) or health issues down the line, like cancer, reproductive or developmental toxicities, or immune system problems. Just like everything else that you use, it’s important to choose a natural product.
I’ve researched these products on the Environmental Working Group (EWG) website and have pulled dry shampoos that have good ratings. For those of you who don’t know, the EWG is a nonprofit organization that researches products and rates them 1-10 with 1 being the cleanest and 10 being the most toxic. They also award products an EWG verification if they are even cleaner than a 1.
With that said, I have found some products that have excellent ratings on the EWG website that still contain harmful ingredients. No website or app is perfect so it’s always best to look through the ingredients yourself as well. I’ve looked through all the ingredients for the dry shampoos listed below and they look great.
